I'm a mentor on the FIA Women in Motorsport Mentorship Programme. I'll be working one-to-one with women building their careers in motorsport, sharing what I've learned along the way, and, I expect, learning plenty in return. Powered by the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission, the programme brings together women across every role in the sport — drivers, engineers, strategists, marshals and media professionals — to build skills, find support, and create a more inclusive future for the industry. This programme is powered by @OneUpOneDown #WomenInMotorsport #Mentorship #FIA #Motorsport #CareerGrowth
Dark navy graphic split down the middle. The left side carries the FIA Women in Motorsport logo and large text reading “I'M A MENTOR” in bright cyan, with the name the participant beneath it. A photograph of them fills the right side. A cyan and white kerbstone stripe runs above a band along the bottom reading “FIA Women in Motorsport Mentorship Programme”.
